Marketing and Digital Marketing Assistant - Emirati

AE7 Dubai is looking for an Emirati Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Dubai office. Candidates must have strengths in writing and capabilities in graphics. This position will require ability to utilize multiple skills and shift between tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Reporting to: Senior Associate, Marketing and Branding

Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership in preparation of visually appealing proposals and presentations according to company branding standards (layout, formatting, writing, editing, proofreading, and production)
  • Working with subject matter experts to gather, edit, and present technical information in a visually appealing and easy to digest format
  • Supporting interview/presentation process
  • Working with Graphics to develop new and customizing marketing collateral (digital and print) to support business development efforts
  • Coordinating with subject matter experts to gather and organize project information to write/tell project stories
  • Supporting marketing department’s day-to-day operations including social media/PR, award submissions, and internal marketing needs
  • In collaboration with international office marketing staff, updating social media accounts and website (WordPress)
  • Assisting in maintaining CRM, database, image library, and files
  • Conducting research
  • Updating and maintaining company’s proposal templates
  • Coordinating project photography as needed
  • Other office duties, as required

Qualities & Skills required

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, PR, graphic design, or similar.
  • Fluency in Adobe Design Suite, InDesign in particular.
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and translate staff’s knowledge into a coherent marketing communications
  • Ability to interact with people from various backgrounds; conduct interviews to gather project/technical information
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent computer skills and aptitude to learn new software skills
  • Critical thinker and able to work independently
  • Detail-oriented

Desirable:

  • Background in AEC industry
  • Excellent graphic skills
  • Knowledge of WordPress is a plus
  • Photography experience is a plus
