District 11 (D-11) is a residential community situated on a large 320 hectare plot of land on the corner of Dubai-Al Ain road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed road, which is located to South of Meydan and Downtown Dubai. It is on the edge of a growing district that will soon be the epicenter of Dubai.
D-11 encompasses the entire Meydan Heights South development, which includes over 6000 planned residential units with a projected population of 28,600. A private club is located within the development for the families as well as a local community center with plenty of amenities for the residents of D-11 to enjoy. There will be schools, medical facilities and many retail establishments which will fulfill the needs of all who reside within.
Parcel A section which is designed specifically for accommodating Emirates Airline pilots and their families has been completed and handed over in 2016. The villas within the development were planned to the airlines high standards. The 1,500 semi-detached four bedroom villas are 3,200 sq.ft/ 300sq.m, and the optimized interior design creates large flowing living spaces.
