SENSORIA is now certified LEED Gold under LEED v4 BD+C New Construction.

SENSORIA comprises 54 residences ranging from three to five bedrooms, each oriented toward the Arabian Gulf to capture uninterrupted sea views. Floor-to-ceiling glazing maximizes daylight and openness, extending living spaces toward private terraces and ocean-facing plunge pools.

Sustainability strategies are embedded throughout the project—a state-of-the-art 2,800sqm ONYX Solar Façade-integrated BIPV panels to optimized shading geometry and high-efficiency mechanical systems. These features collectively reduce cooling loads and energy demand while maintaining visual comfort and transparency. With its reduced-carbon steel structure SENSORIA  is now certified LEED Gold under LEED v4 BD+C New Construction.

Within its structure, SENSORIA incorporates 13 levels of automated parking seamlessly integrated into the podium to optimize land use and enhance user convenience. The podium features a 1,800-square-meter LED media façade, transforming the tower’s lower levels into an active visual interface along the beachfront.

Beyond the residences, SENSORIA connects directly to the FIVE LUXE podium, housing shared wellness, fitness, and hospitality facilities that encourage a sustainable, walkable environment. A 126-meter private beachfront activates the public edge, reinforcing SENSORIA’s role as an environmentally responsive and socially connected coastal development.
