The masterplan is conceived as a centric design that enables radial expansion, creating a dynamic and adaptable urban framework. At its core, integrated green courts and urban gardens form a network of ecological and social spaces, enhancing livability and environmental performance. The development is organized into functional clusters—including fashion, finance, and innovation hubs—fostering synergy, identity, and economic vitality. Modular building strategies are adopted to ensure flexibility, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
Distinct districts are interconnected, each drawing inspiration from the rich urban fabric of Milan, Italy, translating its character into a contemporary context with unique identities. The overall composition is unified by major public realm avenues that weave through the site, enriched with green and blue elements, activated F&B frontages, and pedestrian-friendly infrastructure. A neo-classical architectural vocabulary, complemented by generous landscaping, establishes a cohesive yet vibrant environment that balances heritage, innovation, and human-centered design.
