Clients can choose among three distinct architectural stylistic characters for their three-story mansion, each embodying its own detailed charm. Modern Arabic style is distinguished by its latticed wooden balconies and a triple-height sunken hosting room. Traditional Arabic elements include a square grid layout with a central courtyard, space for greeting visitors, remarkably private upper-floor bedrooms, and pantries spread throughout. The Contemporary mansion has a mid-century-inspired minimalist open plan with an elegant floating staircase and stunning geometric overhangs. This interior celebrates design innovation with clean finishes and spaciousness that is perfect for hosting large gatherings. The Mediterranean mansion features a tuscan-esque red-tiled roof, stately arched entrance ways, and sun-filled double-height gathering rooms. Its compartmentalized style allows each room to serve a distinct purpose without sacrificing grandeur.
