The design of the food-and-beverage (F&B) destinations in Meydan One Mall ensures that visitors can access a wealth of dining options organized into four unique experiences. The gastronomic journey begins at the multilevel Urban Collective Food Hall. Its deconstructed design offers the mall guests locally developed F&B concepts and new to market dining opportunities. The Urban Collective’s fully operable exterior façade opens onto the lagoon promenade and white sand beach allowing visitors a truly unique indoor outdoor dining experience.
The Canal Room Food Court is strategically adjacent to the 21 screen movie theater offering guests a multitude of convenient and accessible dining options. Expected to host over ten thousand diners daily, the Canal Room features a interconnected central atrium space, expansive perimeter glazing, and exterior terraces that overlook the Meydan One plaza and worlds largest dancing water fountain. The Loft located on the top level of the mall is conceived as an open rooftop plaza-style environment with an operable skylight and featuring an assortment of refined food trucks and independent cocktail bars. For those who enjoy sweet culinary delights, the Sweet’s District offers an airy, exclusive desserts-only concept located at the south end of the Luxury Fashion Boulevard. The assorted cafes and restaurants within are arranged beneath a vaulted contemporary Art Nouveau stained-glass ceiling providing a distinguished interior expression. Across the four Meydan One bespoke gastronomic destinations, AE7’s designs prioritize exquisitely crafted interior spaces with a curated selection of F&B venues each providing guests with unique yet comfortable dining environments.
