The project is located in Abu Dhabi at the north east corner of the Capital District on the intersection of Airport Road (E33) and 33rd Street that borders Khalifa B City. It is located 5 minutes away from Abu Dhabi airport and the western corner of the plot abuts the planned major arterial and Capital District transit line. The triangular site is 220ha and is zoned as a low density residential area as part of the UPC Capital District 2030 vision plan. High and low rise residential buildings will provide affordable units to a population of 45,000. A high street will lead into the center of the development, which will feature a cultural district, hospitality district and an artist’s village.
