Along with their unbeatable location, the residences of District One provide something quite novel for Dubai: bespoke mansions and villas, meticulously designed by renowned architects and built on demand. Each of the twelve hundred single-family residences—all of which lay a few steps from the fourteen kilometers of new inland beachfront—is personalized through the clients’ own preferences. Our design team created a selection of customizable layouts, limiting the time homeowners spend waiting for contractors or permits.

After selecting a plot, clients can choose among three distinct architectural “characters,” each embodying its own detailed charm: Modern Arabic with its latticed wooden balconies and sunken marble living room; Contemporary with its mid-century minimalist open plan, floating staircase, and geometric overhangs; and Mediterranean with its tuscan-esque red-tiled roof, stately arched entrance ways, and sun-filled double-height gathering rooms.
