This new meeting and transitory office for the financial firm Bowline has a sleek, contemporary feel conducive to a modern professional workspace. The aesthetic embodies a contemporary space-age sensibility with a curving geometry in the light fixtures and furnishings. The repetition of rounded rectangles—expressed in built-in shelving, privacy pods, and a variety of design elements—evoke the clean design of mid-century modernism but without feeling retro. Pops of bluish-gray amidst a neutral color palette juxtaposed with the textured metallic ceiling provide a clean futuristic feel. Vertically-slatted silver screens that separate the reception area from the meeting spaces allow light to penetrate while keeping privacy intact. Custom built cabinetry throughout the office ensures that everything from printers to coffee machines remain neatly out of sight, maintaining this clean aesthetic. With the sleek feeling of a tech coworking space, this interior design provides the ideally sophisticated decor for meeting with financial investors.
