Built to showcase the nearby District One apartments along the shores of Dubai’s crystalline lagoon, the Phase 3 Sales Center allows potential residents to experience the luxury apartment’s interior design sensibility. The Center’s lobby and reception area proportionately reflect the lobby design of the new buildings, which range from four to sixteen stories tall. Chevron-patterned marble floors, two tones of marble finishes, and tempered glass demonstrate the sleek and clean aesthetic interspersed with striking accents. The freestanding wall behind the reception desk—a vertically slatted wood screen with a subtle negative-space river motif—is also a version of the accent piece featured in the respective apartment lobbies. The elegant floating stairs and glass handrail, which lead to glass-walled offices on the second floor, echo the principle of utilizing natural sunlight and transparency to keep the space light. As with the design details found in the apartments, the finishes convey a sense of sophisticated luxury.
