This three-block mixed-use ensemble is composed as a family of softly contoured volumes that frame a landscaped podium and an internal arrival court. The apartment block reads as the most residential in scale, with stacked balconies, planted setbacks, and a regular curtain-wall rhythm that maximizes daylight while controlling solar gain. The office block is expressed as a more disciplined, horizontally banded façade; floor-to-ceiling glazing and rounded corners reinforce open-plan flexibility and a contemporary corporate identity. The hotel block anchors the composition with a more sculpted crown and amenity-rich roofscape, signaling destination and enhancing skyline presence. Across all three, continuous corner glazing, slender mullions, and softened edges create a unified language, while rooftop gardens, pools, and pergolas extend the public realm vertically. At grade, shaded colonnades, drop-offs, and palm-lined promenades stitch the blocks to surrounding streets, prioritizing walkability and a resort-like microclimate and offering clear wayfinding between lobbies, retail, and courtyards.
