Built atop an existing Gold Souk metro station, One Deira is the country’s first integrated central transport station complex containing an office tower, a mall, and a hotel all directly connected to a metro station, a central bus terminal, taxi stands, and additional parking.
With one tower of One Deira reserved for much-needed modern office space the complex provides over seventy thousand square feet of flexible working environments unlike any other in the city. Reflecting its location in Dubai’s historic commerce district, the office spaces are designed directly to respond to the stated concerns of the neighborhood’s many merchants. Specifically, many of the office spaces include secure areas with reinforced rooms suited for safes or other security measures. Now merchants with nearby storefronts can securely store valuables within their offices.
One Deira’s state-of-the-art office space also caters to the speed of business because of how easily accessible it is by train, bus, or car. With the office towers direct connection to the One Deira’s many eateries, lounges, and shops, office workers can break for lunch, conduct a casual meeting, or run an errand without ever having to go out into the hot sun. An engineering marvel, One Deira provides a new standard for office facilities in Dubai, while also reflecting the neighborhood’s culture and history.
