The interior of the Marsa Meydan Sales Center—a showcase and purchase center for potential residences that will later be converted into a community center—is crafted to take full advantage of its beachfront surroundings, while remaining sophisticated and professional. The commercial tenants and potential buyers are treated to expansive views thanks to thoughtful sightlines, an open-concept floor plan, and a largely glass facade. The light gray palette and wooded overhangs give the space an upscale industrial flavor that complements and distinguishes itself from the sandy beach exterior. The concrete flooring, which keeps the space cool year-round, is tempered by sumptuous leather couches, elegant standing lamps, and rust- or indigo-clad, wooden accent chairs. Strategically-placed metal and marble end tables and shelving are functional without being overly industrial. All together, the furniture provides the cozy feel of the nearby residences for sale, while the detailed finishes throughout reflect the residences’ elegance. Both casual and polished, this space is meant to let the design and the location shine on their own.
