The revitalization of four historic buildings on Wood Street is a catalyst for the transformation of downtown Pittsburgh’s Wood Street corridor and Fifth Avenue. This project breathes new life into underutilized spaces, creating a vibrant hub that strengthens the area’s connection to the city while energizing the broader urban fabric.

The Skinny Building, the narrowest in North America, now offers a dynamic walk-up food and beverage counter with street-facing art galleries, enhancing pedestrian engagement. The Roberts Building has been reimagined as a flexible work and event space, fostering community interaction.
